The sections below explain everything you need to know about coaching conversations, including how to get started and how to reach out if you have questions. You can jump to any topic below.
Sometimes it can be helpful to talk things through with someone who isn’t part of your everyday life. Coaching is a space to explore what’s going on in your life, think through difficult questions, and begin to see possible paths forward.
Everything we talk about, from the moment you reach out, is confidential. Nothing leaves the coaching space, except when there is the possibility of harm to yourself or others or illegal activity.
Note: Coaching focuses on reflection, decision-making, and forward movement. It is not a substitute for therapy or mental health care. If you are looking for support with a mental health concern, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional.
People often reach out when they’re facing things like:
uncertainty about what comes next
a major life transition
a decision that’s hard to make
feeling stuck or overwhelmed
a sense that something in life needs to change
Coaching sessions typically last about 60 minutes, but some sessions may end sooner if we reach a natural stopping point.
We meet on Zoom or by phone. On Zoom, you're free to have your video on or off, whatever feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
I don't give advice or tell you what to do. I listen carefully, ask open-ended questions, and help you think more clearly about what’s going on and what might come next. By the end, we'll work together to identify a small, doable step forward.
We work with how your mind works, rather than expecting you to fit a specific approach.
These conversations are for people who:
are at turning points in their lives
want space to think things through
are open to reflection and honest conversation
are okay with sometimes being (respectfully) challenged on their thinking
Along with my personal experiences navigating uncertainty and change, I’ve also completed over 120 hours of coaching education with Lumia, an ICF-accredited coach training school.
Note: ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation means the school's programs have been reviewed to ensure they meet global standards for coaching ethics, competencies, and training. You can learn more about the ICF on their About page.
Beyond my formal training, I keep my learning current through ongoing study in coaching skills and reflective conversation.
Coaching doesn’t have to follow a one-size-fits-all schedule. I offer two ways to work together depending on how much space you prefer between sessions.
My standard coaching cadence, designed to give you time between sessions to reflect, experiment, and put insights into practice while maintaining consistent momentum.
$50 per 60-minute session for your first 3 paid sessions
$65 per 60-minute session after that
You can pay for sessions individually or choose to pay for multiple sessions in advance.
For clients who prefer more time between their full coaching sessions while still having a point of connection during the month.
Each month includes:
One 60-minute coaching session
One 30-minute mid-month coaching/check-in session
$85 for your first month
$100 per month after that
Monthly Coaching is pay-as-you-go, not a subscription. You decide each month whether you'd like to continue.
Whichever cadence you choose, your coaching includes:
Between-session support and the ability to reach out with questions
Session summaries
Personalized reflection exercises, as appropriate
Tools and resources relevant to your coaching, as appropriate
I believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting support. If the session fee is a concern, please feel free to reach out and we can talk about what might be possible.
If you're interested in working together, the first step is completing a coaching intake & reflection form. I'll review your responses personally and follow up if it looks like we may be a good fit to work together.
If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule a complimentary 45-minute introductory conversation. During that call, I'll explain a bit more about coaching, we'll talk through your responses to the form, and you can ask any questions you might have.
If, after the introductory conversation, you'd like to move forward, we'll schedule a complimentary 60-minute coaching session. This gives you a chance to experience what coaching with me is actually like before deciding whether you'd like to continue working together.
If you have questions before getting started, you can reach out here.
